This project is personal and was not requested by BCA Mobile to carry out a pure redesign process from a personal desire to learn.
This BCA mobile banking redesign uses secondary research and qualitative research methods.
Qualitative research was conducted by asking BCA Mobile users directly and this flowed, asking friends, people they met when hanging out and from family.
In addition, secondary research is used in this redesign process because some people have done in-depth research. Secondary research is similar to "Relevant research" on the thesis sheet CHAPTER 2. UX research on BCA Mobile takes several references that are used can be seen below:
