Why redesign BSI? What's the problem?

okay just straight to the point. When I first installed the Bank Syariah Indonesia application, I found some difficulties in carrying out the transaction process, viewing balances etc. (common features in mobile banking) and of course it was not only felt by myself, but by several people out there who were using the BSI mobile banking application.

1. Let's do some research.

As usual, to determine the problem before the redesign process certainly requires a reason, therefore let's do a small research process by distributing questionnaires.

The research selection can be selected here: The Complete Guide to UX Research Methods | Toptal and I chose a survey (quantitative) combined with an interview (qualitative) where each survey filling will be asked "are you willing to be interviewed..."
