In a hurry? Maybe the summary below can be the solution ↓
Sayour is an application that facilitates the process of buying and selling vegetables and kitchen needs. Sayour is divided into two, namely for vegetable traders and buyers. It should be noted that the term vegetable trader here is not limited to traders who sell vegetables, but also traders who sell other kitchen needs such as spices, fresh meat, side dishes, market snacks, and so on.
This case study basically comes from a "unrest and ignorance" felt by buyers when buying kitchen needs at itinerant and sedentary vegetable traders, where they do not know when they arrive, when they sell, where they are located, notifications when they have passed which are sometimes the same as vehicles in general or not heard, what is being sold at that time, whether the recipe for the food to be made that day has all the ingredients for itinerant and sedentary traders, there is a struggle when choosing vegetable needs between buyers, there is no change, and pre-orders are often made by buyers but there is no system to accommodate them. The "unrest and ignorance" is also felt by vegetable traders, because the merchandise they serve is sometimes not needed by buyers who come, resulting in overstock, or they actually lack stock of goods that are much needed by buyers.
Based on the existing problems, the challenge we have to solve is to find a way for buyers to meet their needs easily without fear of running out of stock, knowing the location of mobile vendors, selling time of vegetable vendors, knowing vegetable stock information, getting notifications of the arrival of mobile vegetable vendors, being able to make pre-orders, making payments online so that traders can sell their merchandise more efficiently and effectively and be able to meet consumer needs so as to expand their sales reach.
To better understand the problems experienced by buyers, the first thing we did was to create a journey map based on personal experience when purchasing vegetables or other kitchen needs.
